Karie Niccolls
Office
Manager / Billing

Karie is a California Native. She moved here with her daughter in 1987 to enjoy the beautiful season changes that Boise and surrounding areas offer. Karie has worked in the Boise/Meridian area for almost 30 years at various medical/dental offices helping patients at the front desk or with their billing/insurance needs. Her daughter is now an adult with two young children of her own. Karie spends time with her grandchildren out of doors as much as possible and still enjoys the changing of seasons that originally brought her to the area.

She thoroughly enjoys working at Strickland Ear Clinic as it affords her the opportunity to witness hearing issues being resolved in not only adults and older patients but children who might not otherwise receive aid with their hearing problems. Karie's hobbies are gardening, cooking, watching home improvement shows and spending time with her family.

Tara Schneider
Hearing Instrument Specialist

Tara is a native Oregonian, who has lived there for most of her life with the exception of 7 years in New Mexico. She and her husband recently moved from Klamath Falls when her husband accepted a position with an Idaho based company. With all four of their children out of the house, the busyness of life slowed way down, so to fill her time, Tara began working for Strickland Ear Clinic, and has enjoyed seeing patients get the help and care they need. She has worked in other office settings previously, but most recently her time was spent raising sheep on their property in Oregon.

Tara and her husband enjoy exploring Idaho and seeing what this beautiful state has to offer. She also loves spending time with all of their children and three granddaughters.

Jeanette Franz
Receptionist / Scheduler

Jeanette is a native Washingtonian. She moved to Boise in September of 2021 to escape the gray skies, damp climate, and stressful pace of life that has been my home in Washington for many years. Boise lacks for nothing. It is the perfect blend of activities, sunshine, trees, rivers, peacefulness, and overall good people.

She has previously worked as a certified medical assistant for five years. Currently, enjoys working as front office support here at Strickland Ear Clinic. The staff is friendly and supportive. It is nice to be part of a team that provides the best care and service for our patients.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, walking, riding bikes, day trips, creative projects and spending time with friends and family.

Brandy Rudolph Administrative Assistant

Brandy Rudolph
Administrative Assistant

Brandy is a native Californian. She moved to Idaho with her husband and two children in the summer of 2014. Wanting to raise their children in a family friendly, scenic outdoors state with seasons, Idaho checked all the boxes. Being an avid equestrian all her life, the alure of owning acreage and having her horses in her own backyard only fueled the move to Idaho even more. After taking a break from the business world to raise her children, she returned to the work force working in retail. Wanting to make more of a difference in people's lives, she looked for a more meaningful place to spend her working days and found the perfect home here at Strickland Ear Clinic.

When she is not assembling hearing aids for patients and scheduling new patient referrals at Strickland Ear Clinic, you can find her happily working with her husband on their property taking care of pastures, horses and chickens. Weekends are filled with watching NFL football, horseback riding and volunteering with her daughter's 4-H horse club and FFA chapter. She also enjoys watching her son at the local skateboard park and exploring Idaho's beauty, one campground at a time with her family.
